As Thursday's healthcare summit approaches, President Obama has released "a proposal that incorporates the work the House and the Senate have done and adds additional ideas from Republican members of Congress." According to the White House website, the President will bring "a comprehensive proposal to the bipartisan meeting that builds on the progress Congress has already made and aims to give the American people and small business owners more control over their health care choices."
