President Addresses Health Reform Before Congress

On Wednesday, September 9th, President Obama delivered a nationally televised speech before a joint session of Congress, discussing the current status of the health insurance industry, health care costs and health reform legislation.  Additionally, the President announced his reform plan aimed at providing "more security and stability to those who have health insurance" and offering affordable choice to those without coverage.
